Buying Generic Acne Treatments to Save Money
I was tired of paying the big ticket prices on the acne treatments I’d been using. I had found the brand name product I have been using for the past six months online by reading some acne treatment reviews. However the $50 bucks I was paying out each month was burning a bit of a hole in my pocket. One I’d rather plug and pay of debt, save or do something else with.
I decided I was going to go find a less expensive alternative. My acne had got better, but I was afraid that if I didn’t try anything I’d be up the creek as to speak with breakouts coming back like they did before. Lets face it acne is a real confidence killer so I had been feeling better about myself in recent months thanks to the results the original acne product had provided me.
My first stop was the local drug store. I figured the pharmacy must have something. Unfortunately to my surprise, the only they they had were the regular brand names of clean and clear and Cearasil. I’d tried both of these in my teenage years and unfortunately none of them produced results for me since beginning to suffer from adult acne. I was going to have to look else where.
I decided I’d turn my attention back to the Internet. There must be a worth while substitue for the big brand name acne treatment I had been using. What I decided to do was look at the active ingredients in the product I was using and then try to find a substitue for that. After all that’s what I do at the pharmacy when I want to buy the generic brand allergy medication. Just match up the ingredient name with the same concentration and bingo.
Amazon.com ended up having a variety of less expensive options then the brand name treatment product I had been purchasing. Not to mention I still got to keep my privacy by having the products shipped directly to my home in an unmarked box.
